FPV drone assembled by KRYLACHI

Thousands of drones — one process.

Contract
FPV Assembly

Your team develops. We manufacture. Non-stop, no compromises.
01 · What We Do

Your drone,
our line

Developing a successful drone is half the journey.

The other half is harder: consistently replicating it hundreds and thousands of times, sourcing components, meeting specifications, and maintaining quality at scale.

We take care of this part.

PriceTransparent Pricing

Fixed price per unit assembly. No markup on BOM. Predictable and transparent.

QualityProcess, Not Promises

Traceability for every drone. Test flight with 26 parameters. 0% defects on output.

SpeedScaling for Contract

25 → 70-80 people in 2 months. Model transitions without stopping the line.

02 · Capacity

Equipped assembly
line

ESD protection, stereomicroscopes, soldering stations with temperature control. Standard — 33 drones/hour, base capacity 5000+ drones/month.

03 · Why Us

Four reasons to
outsource assembly

01Scaling Speed

Got a contract for 10,000 drones in 2 months? You won't have time to hire and train 50 people. We will.

02Quality Through Process

Traceability for every drone, test logs, flight protocol with 26 parameters. Not "trust us" — verified data.

03Model Flexibility

Today 7", tomorrow 10", day after — bomber. Model transitions without stopping the line.

04Free Your R&D

Your team develops new designs — we replicate proven ones. No competition. Secured by contract.

04 · Process

From brief
to shipment

01

Brief

We fix the design, BOM, batch volume and deadlines. Output — approved specification.

02

Receiving

Incoming inspection, kit preparation for batches.

03

Pilot Batch

We assemble and test a sample, agree on the standard for the entire series.

04

Serial Assembly

Production flow based on the approved standard. Parameters hold from first to last unit.

05

Quality Control

Functional test and calibration of every unit before shipment.

06

Logistics

Packaging, labeling, and delivery of the finished series with documentation.

05 · Quality

Control, not
hope

Quality here is not a promise but a procedure. Every unit passes three levels of inspection, and results are recorded in a log — not "trust us," but verified data for every drone.

QC-01Bench Test

Functional check of the assembled unit: power, peripherals, video system. Defects caught before firmware, not after shipment.

QC-02Firmware & Calibration

We flash the agreed firmware and calibrate to your standard. Parameters identical from first to last unit in the batch.

QC-03Test Flight

Every unit goes airborne and is checked against 26 parameters. Only what flew goes to shipment.

Every unit has its own log: serial number, test results, flight protocol.

0% defects

No unit with an assembly defect reaches the customer. The end user is the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

07 · FAQ

Frequently
asked questions

What is contract drone assembly?

It's when you develop the drone, and a contractor takes over the production cycle — component procurement, assembly, testing, and logistics. You remain the owner of the design and receive a finished series without your own workshop or production team.

What is the minimum batch?

The minimum volume depends on the design and configuration. Contract assembly works most efficiently on series — from a pilot batch we assemble to agree on a standard, to regular series. We discuss specifics for your task.

How long does batch production take?

We usually assemble a pilot batch in 5–10 days. Series timeline depends on volume, component availability, and design complexity — we fix the exact schedule at the brief stage along with the specification.

Do you purchase components or do we need our BOM?

We work with your BOM. We can take over component procurement fully or partially — depending on which items you supply yourself. We keep critical components in stock to avoid deadline slips.

What platforms do you assemble?

We assemble FPV platforms from 5" to 10", fixed wing — on request. Frame type, flight controller, ESC, video system, and motor group are determined by your design; we reproduce it consistently across the entire series.

How to start cooperation?

Send a request with approximate volume and platform via the form below. We'll come back with clarifications, fix the specification, assemble a pilot batch — and after standard approval, launch the series.
