What you'll do
- FPV drone assembly per approved specification
- Soldering with ESD protection under stereomicroscope
- Maintaining standard: identical units from first to last
Who we're looking for
- Electronics soldering experience (fine pitch preferred)
- Attention to detail matters more than speed
- Willingness to work by standard, not by habit
Testing & Test Flight Specialist

What you'll do
- Firmware flashing and calibration of assembled units
- Bench test and test flight at range with 26 parameters
- Log keeping: test results, flight protocol
Who we're looking for
- Understanding of FPV systems: flight controller, ESC, video
- Piloting/test flight experience is a plus
- Discipline in data recording — your log will be read by others

- Receiving and counting components from customer
- Verifying quantity and condition before production launch
- Preparing kits for batch

- Accuracy and systematic approach — working with nomenclature and quantities
- Basic understanding of electronic components
- Responsibility: your oversight will surface at assembly

- Monitoring standard and rate compliance (33 drones/hr)
- Onboarding and mentoring new assemblers
